• What you do: Fill out our simple online enquiry form. We'll ask for important details like your wedding date, the specific stationery items you need (invitations, RSVPs, menus, etc.), and your estimated guest count.
• What we need to know: Include any customization ideas, color changes, or specific wording requests you may have.
• What happens next: Once submitted, we will review your form carefully and confirm that we have availability in our design schedule for your desired timeline.

We'll clearly outline all costs so there are no surprises.

• What you get: Based on your enquiry, we will email you a detailed, personalized quote covering any design fees, printing costs, paper choices, and any specific embellishments.
• What to look for: This quote includes all the specific elements discussed in the quote, such as wax seals, ribbon and any custom illustrations.
• To move forward: Once you're happy, simply accept the quote and pay a deposit to officially secure your slot and start the creative process!

This is where the magic happens! We'll work together to perfect every detail.

• Round 1: The Draft: We'll create your first digital proof, incorporating your text and design choices.
• Revisions: We offer a set number of revision rounds to tweak wording, fonts, layout, and placement. We won't proceed until you are absolutely in love with the design.
• Final Approval: Once you’ve signed off on the final digital proof, we prepare the files for printing. (Please note: Once signed off, no further text changes can be made.)

The final step - turning digital into beautiful, tangible stationery!

• Printing: Your order is sent to print on the high-quality paper stock selected. This stage usually takes [1-2 weeks].
• Quality Check: Every single item is inspected by hand to ensure it meets our high standards before being carefully packaged.
• Delivery: Your complete stationery suite will be beautifully wrapped and sent via tracked and insured delivery, ready for you to address and mail to your eagerly awaiting guests!
