Returns and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our items, all orders are custom and made to order. Due to this, we are unable to accept returns/refunds for products. If you have an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to get in contact with a member of our team over at moonfairi@outlook.com, and we will do our best to help you.
This does not affect your customer statutory rights.
If you have accidentally placed an order, please email us right away with your order number, which can be located in your order confirmation email.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
