Shipping policy

For all services, we use tracked shipping, with couriers included but not limited to Royal Mail, DPD, EVRI and UPS. You will receive your tracking number with the relevant delivery company in your dispatch email. If you have not received this email after the processing time has passed, please send over an email at moonfairi@outlook.com with your order number, and we will aim to respond within 3 business days. 

U.K Orders

Express Tracked Delivery 48hrs - Royal Mail service 2-3 Business Days

DPD Next Day - 1-2 Business Days

Evri Standard Home Delivery - 2-5 Business Days

International Orders

UPS Express Saver - 3-5 Business days

Royal Mail International Tracked -  5-15 Business Days

If you have ordered multiple items, in separate transactions, please note that your order may not be shipped together, and could be shipped separately. 

If you are an international customer, you may be suspect to import charges and custom duties, as we do not collect these at checkout. These charges/Fees are your responsibility as a customer, and we cannot offset this charge.
