Hi, I'm Heather...

Wedding stationery will always hold such a special place in my heart, and I will always aim to provide the best quality for your special day; as I did for my own.

After not being able to find what I wanted for my own wedding on the market, I sat down and designed my own wedding collection from scratch, and realised the pure joy I get from creating such a memorable, beautiful piece of art. These suites capture the elegance of your desired day, while also being the perfect time capsule to look back on in years to come.

I love to create timeless inviations, with lasting impressions. I adore designing stationery that brings out the beauty in our countryside florals, and captures a sweet elegance of paper details and nature - while encapsulating that dreamy feeling all weddings should bring!

Your Wedding Stationery Journey with Moonfairi Paperie

Get in Touch

The first step to ordering is by either selecting your stationery from our shop, or filling out a wedding form. This will provide us with all the information we will need to create your stationery, and also send you an accurate quote.

Payment & Confirmation

Once you've finalised your selections, we’ll send over a custom payment link based on your bespoke quote. This will secure your booking and allow us to begin the design process.

Payment Methods: You can pay securely via our website or through a direct payment link. If you’ve received a discount for ordering through our website, it will already be reflected in the total.

Sharing Your Wedding Details

After payment, we’ll need all the wording and details you'd like included on your invitation suite and any additional items (such as menus, signage, or vow books).

You can send your wording and preferences in one of two ways:

Don’t worry if you’re not sure how to word everything — we're more than happy to help craft your invitation wording or fine-tune your details card.

Digital Mock-up

Once you have purchased your order, whether you have paid in full or submitted your depsosit, we will then send out a digital mock-up of your stationery. We do this for all our items whether it is a wedding invitation, or a bridesmaid proposal card.

  • You’ll receive a fully visualised mock-up of your invitation suite.
  • You’re welcome to make as many wording or layout changes as you'd like — we want it to feel perfect before moving forward.
  • At this stage, you’ll also be asked to choose your envelope colour and any optional add-ons such as wax seals, vellum jackets, silk ribbons, and more.

    Please note: Once you’ve approved the final version of your mock-up, no further changes can be made, as your stationery will move into print production.

Printing Process

Once you've signed off on your design, your stationery is sent into production.

  • Printing typically takes 7–10 business days.
  • Handmade or specialty elements (such as wax seals or cotton envelopes) may take slightly longer depending on quantities and availability.
  • Everything is carefully assembled and quality-checked in the studio.

Time to Ship

All of our items are sent with tracking, so you can be stress free knowing where you parcel is located at all times, whether you are local or located across the globe. We ship with Royal Mail for within the United Kingdom, and through UPS on international parcels.
